“SHEAVES OF HAY” by Melva Sue Priddy

When we were small and the cattle very large
we dropped sheaves of hay off a wagon
two at a time calling Wouuuuuulk, souk, souk, souk!
as we had been taught. Cattle followed behind
bellowing.  In winter our hay dotted
the field of snow and so too cattle
eating the hay would dot the field
with steamy plops.  Saved us hauling
manure later.  As beneficial as honey
bees to white clover and bumble bees
to red clover. But we were young
and didn’t know any of this.

Along with every thing which appears to be developing inside this particular subject material, all your points of view are generally rather stimulating. Even so, I beg your pardon, but I do not give credence to your entire strategy, all be it exhilarating none the less. It seems to everyone that your opinions are not totally justified and in simple fact you are generally yourself not completely convinced of your assertion. In any event I did take pleasure in reading through it.

of course like your web site but you have to check the spelling on quite a few of your posts. A number of them are rife with spelling problems and I find it very bothersome to tell the truth nevertheless I will surely come back again.
