Overlooking a bypass of beauty and serenity

I’m onward to freedom, fear, and insanity

Can’t forget what they did to me

But all my time spent in thought

Makes me miss what’s in front of me

What have they done to me?

What am I doing?

Spent my days shackled and in ruins

My life was ruined

Now I’m here

Thinking about all those times I let my fear

Stagnate my emotions

My head is like the Earth

While my mind is like the frozen arctic ocean

But these thoughts harm me

They have an army

Overturning my mind

And taking over my body

And now I’ve lost control

And now I’ve lost my soul

I’m shattered somehow on a pavement floor

Under a bypass of beauty and serenity

I’ve made it to freedom, fear, and insanity

Because of what they did to me

Made me miss everything I could’ve been
