“THIS SIDE OF PARADISE” by Sue Neufarth Howard

In wispy waking dreams
beneath the wild yellow day
blue angels swim through forest veils
carried by luminous wings
follow lonely threads woven
by butterfly hands of lost souls
going off the deep end…
penetrate their hearts
heal from the inside out
sow floating feathers of hope
leave silk memories of joy;
waking from wispy dreams
in the wild yellow day
wishing it to be true.
