Kristine Nowak grew up in Washington and moved to Kentucky in 2008. She currently works in a library and lives in Lexington with her husband, dog, and two cats. She writes poetry.

I enjoyed participating in Lexington Poetry Month last year and I am looking forward to participating again. I usually write slowly, so writing a poem in a day is a challenge.
