“Riding on the wheel through time and terrain in the morning part II” by Tyler Worthington

Time moves too fast
nothing changes
too much is changing
could be good just ends up bad
no hard feelings though

wish I had you right here
to talk to again
needing a map
what the hell am I supposed to do
damn now I have no time
if it weren’t for choices
not failures
I wouldn’t be here
and I still got alot of work to do

none of that weighs as heavy on my mind
no matter what it seems
guess I just used to it my tolerance is high
guess that’s what happens
when you do you to get by

I’m not negating not reliving
any of things I know I’been and done
I’m just living here time traveling
making my list never checking it twice

I might never be the coolest
still trying to find out what makes me
a good guy in your eyes
crap job hand me downs peanut butter diet
trying to get by
I like this life here
got no choice
through all the rough terrain
wouldn’t ask for that to change
when friends are for the making
and memories a breath away
no complaints
that’s how we get by and get better off than just high
but that too
while we’re at it
pretty sure someone said that before
but that’s why truth lasts
it’ll never retire from staying relevant

truth is
I’m just a drop of rain
let loose from the chains of the sky
free to leave and say here i come, good-bye
that’s how it goes
I’m a drop of dew still clinging to a spiders web
before the sun
rises as it does
high over the trees
and to mist I return
back to where I came from
until I’m brought there again
by driving ticked off winds
and black clouds
like vultures
float above the ground and unloose their payload
on an unsuspecting life form
underneath
just getting by
the spiders web is a silken home a friend of the breeze
collateral damage now
as the rain begins to fall again
and the strings are all broken
and thrown to the ground and through the wind
no castle was ever or has ever been built
that never tumbled or came down in time
