Praise for Mad Honey Symposium

“[Mad Honey Symposium] conjures an absurd, lush, occasionally poisonous world and the ravenous humans and animals that travel through it. . . . With echoes of Glück and Plath, Mao generates stunning landscapes where the flora and fauna reflect her presence and strength of voice.”

Publishers Weekly, starred review

Praise for Double Agent

Double Agent introduces us to an entirely new poet, one we will be reading far into the future. This collection is a real achievement, but, most of all, it is haunting. Here is the poet you have been waiting to discover.”

Laura Kasischke, author of Space, in Chains (Winner of the National Book Award)

Praise for Split

“To be a daughter, a survivor, and a poet are all aligned in the need ‘to rewrite everything,’ a need that [Cathy Linh Che] navigates with brutality and tenderness, devastation and irrepressible endurance.”
